The office is in Tirur, so travel across Malappuram is straightforward, and anywhere further is handled remotely.
- Do you need to visit our business to build the software?
- Usually once or twice, not continuously. The first visit is to see how the work actually happens, because that is what decides the design. After that most of the build is remote, with reviews over WhatsApp or a call and a working link you can try at every stage.
- We are in Kuttippuram, not Tirur. Does that change anything?
- No. Kuttippuram is a short drive from the office and we work with businesses there on the same terms. The same is true for Kottakkal, Valanchery, Edappal, Perinthalmanna, Manjeri, Ponnani and the rest of the district.
- Can you replace the software we already use?
