Orbynex Academy

Learn. Build. Launch.

Orbynex Academy is the education arm of Orbynex. We teach the way we work — building real applications, reviewing real code, and shipping to production. Offline in Valanchery and Tirur, or online.

Who we are

A software company that teaches

Orbynex builds and maintains its own products — ManageMe for business operations and Mahall for community management. The Academy exists because the gap we kept seeing wasn't talent, it was exposure to how software is genuinely built, reviewed and deployed.

Built on real products

ManageMe and Mahall are live systems with real users. The patterns taught here are the ones running in production, not textbook examples.

Small, focused batches

The first cohort is capped at 10–15 students so mentors can sit with each person during project work rather than lecture at a room.

Hands-on, in person or online

Classes run in person in Valanchery and Tirur, with the same batch available online. Debugging and code review are faster face to face, so we recommend attending in person where the commute allows.

Programs

Three tracks. Two enrolling now.

Full Stack and AI / Vibe Coding are both enrolling. They complement each other — one builds the engineering foundation, the other uses AI to ship products fast — and neither is a subset of the other. Digital Marketing opens once its curriculum is ready.

Why Orbynex Academy

Taught by people who ship software

Not a coaching centre with a syllabus bought off the shelf. The mentors are the developers behind Orbynex's own products.

Industry Experience

You learn from developers who build and deploy real software products, not from a slide deck. The same team ships ManageMe and Mahall.

Practical Curriculum

Hands-on development from week one. Concepts are introduced when a project needs them, then used immediately.

Mentorship

Guidance through assignments and projects — code review, debugging help, and direction when you get stuck.

Career Support

Resume, GitHub, portfolio and interview preparation, so what you built is presented in a way employers can assess.

Learning approach

Learn it, then build it the same day

Every concept is introduced because the next build needs it, then applied immediately. Nothing is taught in the abstract and revisited later.

01

Learn the concept

Short, focused sessions covering exactly what the next build requires — no theory for its own sake.

02

Build it immediately

Every concept is applied the same day in working code, so it sticks rather than staying abstract.

03

Review and refine

Mentors review your code the way a team reviews a pull request — readability, structure, and edge cases.

04

Ship and present

Projects get deployed and documented, then added to a portfolio you can actually show.

Real-world projects

You leave with applications, not notes

These are the kinds of applications built during the program — each one complete enough to explain and defend in an interview.

01

E-Commerce Web Application

Product catalogue, cart, checkout flow and an order dashboard — the full path from browsing to a placed order.

  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Payments flow
02

Task Management System

Projects, assignments and status tracking with role-based access for different kinds of users.

  • React
  • REST API
  • Auth roles
03

Real-Time Chat Application

Live messaging with rooms, presence and message history that survives a refresh.

  • WebSockets
  • Node.js
  • MongoDB
04

Dashboard & Analytics

Aggregating real data into charts and reports that load fast and stay readable on a phone.

  • Data modelling
  • Charts
  • Caching
05

File Sharing Platform

Uploads, storage, access control and shareable links — with the security questions taken seriously.

  • Object storage
  • Access control
  • Validation
06

AI-Integrated Application

A product feature built on a language model — prompt design, streaming responses and sensible fallbacks.

  • LLM APIs
  • Streaming
  • Prompt design

The products behind the classroom

Orbynex's own software is the reference material. We use it to show how features are scoped, structured and released — without exposing client data or confidential implementation details.

Case study01

ManageMe

Business operations platform

POS, billing, inventory and reporting used by real businesses. A working example of multi-module architecture, offline behaviour and role-based access.

Case study02

Mahall

Community management platform

Membership, contributions, events and communications. Useful for teaching data modelling where the relationships are genuinely complicated.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Fees, prerequisites, locations and what we will and will not promise.

  • No. The program starts from foundations — HTML, CSS and JavaScript — and builds up from there. What matters is being able to commit to five months of consistent practice, because the pace does increase after the first month.
